Since her first year in the business, when she earned the award "Rookie of the Year", Irene has worked tirelessly to make deals for her clients. Her business background, knowledge of the hyper-local real estate market, and her penchant for negotiating make her uniquely qualified to best represent her clients.

Melanie has been in real estate almost from day one. Born in Northern Ireland, Melanie's first memories are of walking building sites and taking hotel reservations at the tender age of four. Her family's business was in home and hotel development as owners and operators. Melanie's real estate roots, combined with her own success in marketing, sales. development and asset management make her a great asset to her clients.

An alumna of The Bishop's School in La Jolla, Melanie obtained her BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and worked in hotel operation with ITT Sheraton/Starwood in La Jolla and New Orleans. She received her MBA, with an emphasis in finance and real estate, from Loyola University and coupling her personal experience with her formal education, she transitioned into consulting and performed hotel and resort feasibility studies nationwide before becoming an asset manager and owner's representative for several Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, and Westin properties worldwide before transitioning back into the residential real estate market.

Melanie currently resides in La Jolla with her identical twin daughters. In addition to real estate, she is very involved in the local community.
